Limits and privacy
Input is limited to 2 million characters. This encodes a component, not a whole URL. Invalid percent sequences are rejected; decoding leaves + as a plus sign.
Tool input is processed in a separate browser environment without advertising or analytics scripts. This page does not upload it to the service.
