Does formatting change JSON values?
The data is parsed and written again. Whitespace changes, but numbers beyond JavaScript precision may also be rounded.
Limits and privacy
Input is limited to 2 million characters. No schema is checked. Numbers use JavaScript precision; store long numeric identifiers as strings to avoid rounding.
Tool input is processed in a separate browser environment without advertising or analytics scripts. This page does not upload it to the service.
